Why do I have to pay a fee for NAGS? I already have NAGS?

If you already have a point-of-sale ('POS') system with one of our competitors and you have paid them for your annual support and NAGS license, you CANNOT transfer the NAGS license to eDirectGlass or any other POS company.

Each POS company has a "Value-Added Distributor" agreement or similar with NAGS allowing the POS company to bundle functionality and features around the core NAGS data. The agreement that each POS company has does not permit the transferring of licenses between each company due to the uniqueness of each offering or bundling if you will.

At eDirectGlass, we choose to pass the actual cost we are charged on to you, the end user. We do not mark up this cost nor do we hide it in bundled services such as support or maintenance.
